What we do
We list homes, land, vehicles and businesses across Cameroon, and we check them. Each listing carries a dated record of what was verified, so buyers can judge for themselves.
Why checks matter here
Land sold twice and fake agents cost families their savings. Once money has gone, the law often only offers damages, so we focus on stopping problems before payment.
Our own listings
Some listings are filmed and managed by our team. They are marked as company listings.
Working with agents
Realtors send their CNI and licence before they can list. Clients reach them through recorded introductions, which keeps both sides honest.
Auctions
We run online and hybrid auctions with refundable deposits and a public bid history.
