What is this site?
A marketplace for homes, land, vehicles and businesses in Cameroon, run by a company that also checks documents and runs auctions.
Does it cost anything to browse?
No. Browsing, saving and messaging are free. Realtors may pay listing fees shown before they submit.
How do I pay?
By MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money to the official numbers, then you enter the transaction ID. We confirm by hand.
How do I avoid scams?
Never pay a deposit to hold a property before a viewing, check agents on our site, and only pay to the official accounts.
What is a titre foncier?
The land title issued by the state. It is the strongest proof of ownership. Customary papers alone carry more risk.
Can foreigners own land?
Foreign buyers usually hold land through a long lease or a Cameroonian company. Ask a notary about your case.
Why do rentals ask for months in advance?
It is common practice. Each rental shows the number of months so you can compare.
What does customs cleared mean?
Import duties have been paid and the car can be registered. Ask to see the papers before paying.
Why pay a deposit to bid?
It keeps bids serious. It is refunded if you do not win, or counted towards the price if you do.
Why can I not see the agent's number?
Contacts are shared through a recorded request, which protects you and the agent. Messages are open from the start.
Which languages are used?
English and French. Listings stay in the language the lister wrote them in.
